With the integration of intelligent booking capabilities with the hotel website, the suite delivers better conversion rates and increase online revenues for direct bookings. Online shoppers will have direct access to live rates, availability information and booking capabilities from the most compelling areas of the site, such as the special offers section or photo gallery.

After testing the solution for several months on their branded hotel websites, Viceroy claims a 20 percent increase in visitors and a 10 percent increase in online revenues associated with the pages using the in-context capabilities.
