Robert Torres, Co-founder and CEOAt the same time, travel creators also influence where people choose to stay. Their content shapes travel decisions and drives audience interest. Yet, most hotels lack the infrastructure required to convert that influence into direct, trackable bookings. Creator collaborations generate attention, but without a system connecting creator audiences directly to hotel booking pathways, hotels cannot fully capture the revenue or customer relationships those campaigns create.
Ukreate was built to restore that ownership.
Its platform provides hotels with the infrastructure to work directly with pre-vetted travel creators and connect creator content to direct booking links embedded within campaigns. By enabling creator audiences to move directly from content to the hotel’s own booking system, Ukreate allows hotels to capture direct reservations, retain ownership of the customer relationship and measure campaign performance within a single operating environment.
Robert Torres, co-founder and CEO, challenges the traditional OTA-dependent model by giving hotels more control over their direct traffic and booking relationships.
“Our infrastructure covers everything from discovery to implementation, approval, distribution and analytics,” says Robert Torres, co-founder and CEO. “Hotels can engage with creators, approve content, embed booking links and track performance, all within one system.”
Instead of depending on intermediaries to manage traffic and retain the customer relationship, hotels can now work directly with creators and track how that traffic converts into direct bookings.
A Closed-Loop System for Performance-Driven Creator Campaigns
Hotels begin by creating a profile on the platform and publishing a campaign specifying criteria such as location, audience size or campaign objectives. Verified travel creators apply directly or can be identified through the platform’s creator database. Unlike discovery tools that rely solely on third-party integrations, Ukreate requires creators to register, submit profiles natively and demonstrate their readiness to collaborate with hospitality brands.
Once a hotel selects a creator, the platform supports multiple collaboration models, including exchange-for-stay, hybrid compensation or paid campaigns. Ukreate manages the full workflow, from distributing the hotel’s creative brief and reviewing deliverables to executing contracts and releasing payment.
After content approval, hotels embed affiliate or booking links into creator campaigns. The platform tracks traffic, engagement and conversions tied to those links. Hotels gain visibility into key performance metrics, including impressions, click-through rates and confirmed bookings generated by each campaign. Escrow-based payment infrastructure ensures compensation is tied to approved deliverables, reinforcing accountability across both hotels and creators.

By enabling creator audiences to move directly from content to the hotel’s own booking system, Ukreate allows hotels to capture direct reservations, retain ownership of the customer relationship and measure campaign performance within a single operating environment.
This closed-loop system allows hotels to measure creator marketing as a revenue channel rather than a branding expense. Campaign performance data helps hotels evaluate creator effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
Vetting Creators for Business Impact
Follower count alone does not determine creator effectiveness. Many creators possess large audiences but fail generate engagement or influence travel decisions. Hotels often lacked the tools required to evaluate creator performance before investing in partnerships.
Ukreate addresses that challenge through structured creator vetting. Evaluation focuses on three markers: engagement rate, content quality and audience authenticity. Creators must demonstrate travel-specific content credibility and audience interaction before receiving verified status. Those who meet qualification standards, including a minimum of 10,000 followers, gain priority visibility, enabling hotels to collaborate with individuals who can generate meaningful engagement and booking activity.
“A large following alone isn’t enough. We evaluate their portfolio, audience interaction and the authenticity of their travel content to select creators who can amplify the property to targeted audiences and translate that trust into measurable bookings,” says Torres.
This evaluation model protects hospitality brands from ineffective campaigns and increases confidence in creator partnerships.
Delivering Measurable Direct Booking Growth
Ukreate’s platform has demonstrated measurable business impact for hospitality brands seeking to increase direct bookings. In one campaign with a South Beach hotel and club in Miami, Ukreate activated three travel creators to produce lifestyle-driven content across Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat.
The campaign focused on showcasing the hotel experience rather than traditional promotional messaging. Creators produced videos centered on the theme “Spending a Weekend in Miami,” showcasing the ambiance, nightlife and group experiences and distributed the content to their audiences via direct booking links and promotional codes.
The results were immediate and measurable. Over a 30- day period, creator-driven content generated approximately 40,000 website visits. Direct booking performance included 140 confirmed reservations within seven days, with an average booking value of $300. Total creator-driven revenue exceeded $50,000.
Traffic quality also improved. Average session duration reached two minutes and 41 seconds, while direct traffic increased 110 percent and direct bookings rose 70 percent.
“The creators acted not just as content producers but as distribution channels,” says Torres. “They connected their audience directly to the hotel’s booking system, allowing the hotel to capture both the revenue and the customer relationship.”
This case illustrates how creator marketing can operate as a measurable acquisition channel rather than a branding exercise.
Scaling for the Next Creator Economy Phase
Big moves are on the horizon. Ukreate is implementing a new layer inside the platform where hotels can offer direct booking discounts to creators themselves. That shift expands Ukreate’s role beyond content activation. The platform goes beyond helping hotels create content, distribute that content and drive direct bookings. It is supplying a new customer base to move through the creator ecosystem and is not limited to traditional channels.
“Our goal is to have our travel creators on our platform buy directly from the hotels that we also work with, giving hotels an extra revenue stream from a new audience,” adds Torres.
For Ukreate, the logic is straightforward. Travel creators are not occasional consumers. They travel frequently, book often and influence decisions in real time through their content. Bringing them into direct booking pathways creates demand that is both immediate and repeatable.
Investment in creators is part of the plan. Ukreate is rolling out a Creator Academy and certification track to help travel creators become stronger hospitality partners, with training aligned with what hotels actually need on property. Certified creators gain access to priority campaigns, while hotel teams gain confidence that collaborations will meet a higher standard of execution.
“We want to make sure our hotels are actively working with the best-performing travel creators,” says Torres. “And we’re doing our job to provide the resources for creators to learn, become more invested in their business and give hotels the best value.”
Modernization in hospitality is about turning influence into measurable demand rather than loose awareness. With more than 10 hotels onboarded or piloting the platform and over 1,000 creators in its network, Ukreate is gaining traction—and doing so at a fraction of OTA costs, with booking fees of 10 to 15 percent compared to the industry standard of 20 to 30 percent. That momentum has already earned Ukreate recognition as Travel and Hospitality Tech Outlook’s Travel Marketing Platform of the Year 2026, reflecting the company’s shift from scattered creator outreach to accountable performance.
By marrying creativity with structure and influence with outcomes, the future Ukreate is building is clear: creator marketing that ends not in exposure, but in direct demand hotels can truly call their own.
